Shipping Policy
We offer free local delivery on orders within the New York City area. There is standard shipping on all other orders outside of the local NYC area. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for most items; others may take up to 14 days. For faster shipping, we offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns up to 14 days after purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and labels still attached. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
